Shipping

All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail for a flat fee of $6. All items are made and shipped by myself within 10 to 15 business days - Please allow up to 24 days for delivery of your order. Tracking information is not available unless requested via email. If your order is not received within 28 days, please let me know as that should be more than enough time for your item to arrive. Please note that holidays are observed and take this into consideration when placing your order as my studio is closed during this time.

If you need your item by a specific date, please contact me to be sure that I can accommodate your request before placing your order.

If you are requesting an order be sent international, please contact me before placing your order so that I can quote shipping for you.

Returns & Exchanges

Since all items are made to order, returns are generally not accepted. I will accept an exchange if it is something that I will be able to sell again. That being said, if you would like to make a return, please contact me for return authorization before sending the item back.

I cannot accept returns or exchanges of any personalized items unless the item is not as described or requested. If the item is not as described, please feel free to contact me as I would like to correct the error.

Please note that I cannot accept returns on items where the monogramming was embroidered correctly, but simply stated wrong on the order.
