I would like to add monogramming to an item... TOP
Most of our items can be monogrammed even if it is not shown with monogramming. Please
contact me to be sure that monogramming can be added. Please note that additional charges will be applied for monogramming an item.
Can you Embroider/Monogram something for me? TOP
Depending on the item, I may be able to monogram your item. Price will vary depending on the size, material, and time to set up the embroidery file. See the
Custom Embroidery section for more information.
Can you special order something to be monogrammed? TOP
I know it has happened to all of us...You see something and don't buy it. Then you try to find it and you can't seem to find it! I can try to help! If you can describe the item to me, I will certainly try to locate or make a similar item if it is within my means. Please
contact me with your details.
Can you include a card/note if I purchase as a gift? TOP
Yes, I can certainly include a hand written note on a White Lace Designs note card with wording of your choice. Please keep these notes to a minimum as there isn't a lot of room on the cards.
Do you have other font and color choices? TOP
Do you have coupons? TOP
Yes, coupons are mailed at random to those who have placed orders with us, seen us at shows or other events.
Do you have sales? TOP
Yes, we will periodically offer sales. Please follow us on our

twitter or facebook for notification of these special offers. We also offer sales at our local craft shows, so please be sure to visit us!
Can I place an order over the phone? TOP
Since all orders are paid via paypal, I do not have a way of taking payments over the phone.
Is your online payment site secure? TOP
Yes, the online payment site is secure. All payments are sent via paypal and we do not see your payment information. We only see the payment amount, your order and your shipping information.
What is your return policy? TOP
Unfortuantely, we cannot accept returns of any personalized item unless the item is not as described or requested. If the item is not as described, please feel free to
contact us as we would like to make the error right.
Please note that we cannot accept returns on items where the monogramming was embrdoiered correctly, but simply stated wrong on the order.
Can you gift wrap an item for me? TOP
Since we offer free shipping, gift wrapping is not an option. I do wrap each item in tisue paper before it is shipped.
Can you ship to PO Boxes? TOP
Yes, we can ship to a PO Box.
I received my order and it is wrong! What do I do? TOP
Please double check your order. If you typed the information correctly and it is our mistake, please let us know so we can correct the mistake!
Can you monogram my companies Logo on an item? TOP
